i've been learning in a language class called ICLS in Du .
at 1st, i thought this language school is not bad.
but i guess i was wrong!
i receive a call today around 1 something in the noon, when i was still sleeping .
there it goes, my handphone rang.
clearly , it woke me up from my sleep which i was still half awake ,
this person called me to inform me for the payment for the next lesson.
so i told her that i would pay on next week due to the reason that we do not have class this week.
guess what she says?
IDIOT : CANNOT! YOU HAVE TO PAY BY THIS WEEK!
if your are busy, ask your friend to bring here for you.
(WITH A DEMANDING TONE)

wHAT THE?????
as you can see, how rude they can be.
even tell me to ask my friend to bring to them?
sometimes i wonder who is the boss here..
clearly! i am the one who pays them!
and i am the consumer!!!Or you can say i am their CUSTOMER!
what right do they have to order me around?
but due to the reason i am still in the half awake mode.
i was lazy to argue to her.
furthermore, it is just 1 week difference , they cant even wait?
anyhow the money will still be landing on their lap soon.
i can see how money minded they can be,
i guess they cant wait to get their hand on the money, or even smell the scent of the money.
well , i cant really assume as they, since its the WOMAN , i guess the receptionist? the one who called me, but i cannot only blame it on her, i guess i have to blame on the boss as well or her superior to have train her this way eventhough this WOMAN has already been working there for ...i dunno a few years?
the WOMAN alone can affect the image of the whole company, since she is the one who occupy the company's phone to call the students and pressure them about the payment.
in addition , by using demanding tone on the consumers! YES! thats what she did to me!
